Obtain Return Authorization:

Once we confirm your return request, we will provide a return authorization number and a return address. Please ensure this number is clearly marked on the package.

Return the Item:

Please return the item in an appropriate manner and retain proof of mailing. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there is a quality issue with the item.
